Terms of sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made on the innocences.net website. The seller is ALLRIGHT CO, a French SAS with a share capital of 1,000 euros (see the legal notice). In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Ordering on innocences.net

Browse the catalogue and click “Add to cart” to add a book to your cart. From the cart you can change quantities, remove a product, keep browsing or complete your order.

Clicking “Checkout” takes you to the order form. Please check all the information you enter, especially delivery details (address, door code, phone number). After payment on our secure server, an acknowledgement is displayed and a confirmation e-mail is sent to you.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us at admin@allright.fr: we will correct your details if we are informed before shipping.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are displayed before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken when the order is placed, by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express…) or via PayPal. Card payments are secured by Shopify Payments. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted.

Delivery

Books are delivered to the address given in the order form. Shipping costs depend on the destination (France, Europe, rest of the world) and on the type of book. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. For any delivery question: admin@allright.fr.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. Send your request to admin@allright.fr.

Return costs are borne by you. We will refund all sums paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal at the latest; we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned books. Books returned damaged cannot be taken back or exchanged.
